NASCAR Victory Tour with Kurt Busch

I had the pleasure of working with NASCAR Champion Kurt Busch, who won this year's Daytona 500, yesterday to promote our race, the Tales of the Turtles 400 at Chicagoland Speedway on September 17. When media tours are busy, that's always a sign of success. Needless to say, we were slammed all day. We started with picking him up at Lewis Airport and headed to downtown Chicago. Interviews wit print and radio took place on the commute followed by in-studio interviews at CBS and FOX.

We made our way to the legendary sports bar Sluggers, an establishment that Busch calls his favorite bar in Wrigleyville.

He raced Dave Kaplan of Comcast Sports Net Chicago in a driving simulation game and played pop-a-shot with the iconic sportscaster. It was a perfect end to the day when Busch was on the field before the Cubs vs. Reds game.
